INDIVIDUALS:

Because we know that your hair needs our product expertise, the team behind the Rodolphe&Co shop does everything in its power to ship your packages as soon as possible! Your orders are prepared with care and shipped according to the delivery method selected.

Chronopost delivery is provided for all orders in mainland France. Shipping costs are free fom 60€ for mainland France and Corsica. For other orders, delivery is charged according to the chosen destination:

- French Overseas Departments and Territories: 14.90€ (all taxes included);

- Rest of Europe: 9.90€ (all taxes included).

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are prepare and shipped the same day. After 1pm, orders are shipped the next day. Orders placed from Friday after 1pm to Sunday evening are shipped the following Monday.

The usual 24-hour shipping may vary in the event of high activity, thank you for your understanding.

PROFESSIONALS:

Because we know that managing your stocks is important, the PRO Rodolphe&Co team makes every effort to ship your packages as soon as possible! Your orders are prepared with care and shipped according to the delivery method selected.

Chronopost delivery is provided for all orders in mainland France. The minimum order required is 200€ (excluding taxes), with shipping costs of 4.99€ (excluding taxes). For other orders, delivery is charged according to the delivery method selected and the country of destination:

- Corsica: 4.99€ (excluding taxes)

- French Overseas Departments and Territories: quotation at +33 9 84 55 11 34 (free call from a landline)

- Rest of Europe: 9.90€ (excluding taxes)
