Shipping times

Orders are shipped by COIFFERBIO DISTRIBUTION from our logistics center. The average shipping time for each product is indicated on its sheet. With some exceptions, products are delivered the same day if you place your order before 1pm. If you order multiple items, the order will be shipped in a minimum of packages. The average shipping time will therefore be the longest preparation time of a product. In the specific case of products made to order, the average shipping time is specified on the article page as well as in your basket.

Types of delivery

Rodolphe&Co ships your orders to France and Europe.

Delivery in mainland France (including Corsica) is provided by Chronopost. A reliable and fast service (24 hours) that will deliver your orders to your home or workplace, and for your convenience, drop them off at the nearest post office if you are away. Delivery in mainland France is free from 60€. Rodolphe&Co also offers delivery by Colissimo as well as express delivery for French Overseas Departments and Territories (on quotation).

Origin and condition of the product upon receipt

The products are always in new condition. If you receive a product that is no longer in its original packaging, it may have been open. The products are of course checked before any shipment. If you happen to receive a product in a condition that is not satisfactory to you, do not hesitate to send it back to us for exchange.

Returns & exchanges

After validation with customer service, you can of course return a product to us in its original packaging, unopened and unused (a product check will be carried out on its return). The return of the product in mainland France is possible at your expense, within 14 days of receipt. The exchange is to be carried out with the customer service upstream on the basis of the price of the product excluding shipping costs. The supplement, if any, will be paid by credit card to customer service.
